TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MÜLLER RICE – WIN £1,000 DONATION FOR YOUTH FOOTBALL TEAMS (“Promotion”)

Promotion Live:

The promotion is live across Sainsburys, Morrisons, Asda and Co-Op (the “Retailers”).

Prizes:

There are 4 separate prize pools, one for each Retailer. Each entrant will be entered into the prize draw for the Retailer that they have entered the promotion through and there will be a separate prize draw for each Retailer prize pool.

Sainsburys: (a) 3 x winners will win 1 x £1,000 donation paid directly to the winner’s nominated eligible FA youth football club. (b) 20 x winners will win a Müller branded cool bag

Morrisons: (a) 3 x winners will win 1 x £1,000 donation paid directly to the winner’s nominated eligible FA youth football club. (b) 20 x winners will win a Müller branded cool bag

Asda: (a) 3 x winners will win 1 x £1,000 donation paid directly to the winner’s nominated eligible FA youth football club. (b) 10 x winners will win 1 x Declan Rice signed top (c) 5 x winners will win 1 x Declan Rice signed football – should this be football? (d) 20 x winners will win 1 x branded Müller cool bag

Co-op: (a) 1 x winners will win 1 x £1,000 donation paid directly to the winner’s nominated eligible FA youth football club. (b) 10 x winners will win a Müller branded cool bag.

Promotional Period:

the period from 00:00 on the 27th May 2024 until 23:59 on the 21st August 2024 (Closing Date).

How to Enter:

To enter, prospective entrants must scan the QR code on promotional materials or visit www.winwithmuller.co.uk and register their details (name, email address, phone number, address, Retailer) and enter the name of their nominated eligible FA registered youth football club before the Closing Date.

Geographical Restrictions:

Open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), aged 18 years or over.

THE PROMOTER:

  1. The Promoter is Muller UK & Ireland Group LLP (t/a Müller Yogurts & Desserts), a limited liability partnership registered in England with partnership number OC384928 whose registered office is at Shrewsbury Road, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 3SQ (the “ Promoter”). Entries to this address will not be accepted.
  2. This Promotion is run in conjunction with HRG (UK) Limited, a limited company registered in England with company number 02527817 whose registered office is at Mercury House, 8 Sandy Way, Grange Park, Northampton, NN4 5EJ.

WHO CAN ENTER:

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.
  2. This Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, such employees’ immediate families or anyone else professionally involved in the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER:

  1. The Promotional Period is the period from 00:00 on the 27th May 2024 until 23:59 on the 21st August 2024 (Closing Date).
  2. This is an online promotion and internet access is required. To enter, prospective entrants must scan the QR code or visit www.winwithmuller.co.uk (the “Website”) and register their details (name, email address, phone number, address, Retailer) and enter the name of their nominated eligible FA registered youth football club before the Closing Date. Online entries only.
  3. Only one entry per person.
  4. Entrants must not use a false name or email address or provide any false information when registering for use of the Website / Promotion. The Promoter may at its entire discretion refuse, remove, or suspend registration at any time, for any reason.
  5. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via trade, third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions will be invalid.
  6. There is no purchase necessary.
  7. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible.

THE PRIZES:

  1. There are 4 separate prize pools, one for each Retailer. Each entrant will be entered into the prize draw for the Retailer that they have entered the promotion through and there will be a separate prize draw for each Retailer prize pool.

    1. 3 x winners will win 1 x £1,000 donation paid directly to the winner’s nominated eligible FA youth football club.
    2. 10 x winners will win 1 x Declan Rice signed top

Co-op:

    1. 1 x winners will win 1 x £1,000 donation paid directly to the winner’s nominated eligible FA youth football club.

  1. Winners can only nominate a Football Association (FA) affiliated football club in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland that has at least 1 youth football team/squad within the club. A youth football team/squad is any team with players between the ages of 5 – 17 (inclusive).
  2. Once the nominated FA club’s eligibility has been verified and confirmed, each winner will be asked to inform their nominated FA club and provide its contact details for the relevant youth team.
  3. Each winner will be an entrant but each of the £1,000 donation prizes will be provided directly to the winner’s nominated eligible youth football team/squad of the nominated FA club, either by BACs or cheque. A maximum of one prize per FA club only.
  4. In the event that the winner’s nominated football club is not a Football Association (FA) affiliated football club in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland with at least 1 youth football team/squad within the club, or where the Promoter does not receive a response from the football club regarding payment within 14 days of contact, then the entry will be invalid and the Promoter will randomly re-allocate the prize(s) without liability to the original winners.
  5. Size, type and design of the signed top and football will be pre-selected by the Promoter.
  6. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
  7. Whilst the Promoter will make every effort to honour the advertised prizes (in whole or in part), the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative of similar value (in whole or in part).
  8. Winners will be notified using the contact details they submitted at the time of entry. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winning entrants to arrange for the delivery of the prizes, but if there is no response within 14 days, or the contact details are invalid, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly re-allocate the prize(s) without liability to the original winner(s). The process to re-allocate any prize(s), where necessary, will be repeated until eligible winner(s) are able to claim each prize until the 23 September 2024 after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
  9. Except for the winners of the donation to the eligible football club which is paid directly to the football club, winners of the other prizes will receive their prizes to the address notified to the Promoter at the time of entry, on the date specified (if applicable) or within 28 (twenty eight) days of responding to their win notification. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of the prize(s) caused by the provision of wrong information, postal strikes or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

PRIZE DRAWS:

  1. There will be separate prize draws for each prize pool.
  2. After the Closing Date, or on the date specified, prize draw winners from each of the separate prize pool draws will be selected at random from all complete and eligible entries received.
  3. The winner(s) will be notified by email with details on how to claim their prize.

DATA PROTECTION:

  1. The Promoter will only process entrant’s personal data in connection with this Promotion to administer entries and/or as otherwise required by law. Full details are set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available on the Website, or at https://www.muller.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
  2. The Promoter may also share personal data with third parties who will be supporting the Promotion. This Promotion is supported by:

  4. In accordance with the current guidelines, if you are a winner, the Promoter may publish, or make available on request, information that confirms an award took place including your surname, county and, if applicable, the entry itself. You have the right to object, or to ask for less information to be made available. If you wish to  object, or if you have any questions or comments regarding data and privacy, please contact consumers@muller.co.uk.
  5. If you are a Main Prize winner, we may wish to use your personal data to announce you as the winner and for reasonable promotional purposes connected to this Promotion. If you wish to object, please contact consumers@muller.co.uk.

LIABILITY:

  1. Winners agree to be fully responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and/or tax liabilities incurred in claiming and using the prize(s).
  2. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from entry into the Promotion or a winner’s acceptance or use of the prize(s). Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Promoter will not be responsible for any damage or loss to an entrant that is not reasonably foreseeable. The Promoter’s responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to an entrant under these terms and conditions or otherwise in connection with the Promotion shall be limited to the value of the prize won by the entrant.
  3. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any personal injury or death, resulting from entry into the Promotion or a winner’s acceptance of the prize.
  4. The Promoter will not be responsible for losses, failures or delays relating to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, disease, disputes, third party website or platforms (including social media) not in its direct control or the acts or defaults of any suppliers of prizes.
  5. Each entrant will indemnify (and will keep indemnified) the Promoter and its affiliates against all costs, claims, losses, damages, expenses (including legal expenses) or other liability arising as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions, negligence or any other action which imposes an unreasonable burden on the Website including (but not limited to) the use of software robots.

THE FINAL BITS:

  1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. Entrants may only enter the Promotion for personal non-commercial use.
  3. If any entries have been submitted using scripts, automated systems, collaborative practices, brute force or via a third party for commercial gain, such entries will be deemed invalid.
  4. The Promoter does not guarantee that the Website will be operational on any specific device or system or that it will be error free or available all the time. The Promoter will not be responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connection or difficulties of any kind in the operation of the Website howsoever caused which affect the operation of the Promotion.
  5. The Website may contain links to other websites, including those of third parties. These links are provided for convenience and are not under the control of the Promoter and as such we make no warranty, either express or implied, concerning the content of such websites including claims of infringement or that such websites are devoid of viruses or error free.
  6. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to eliminate or disqualify you from participating in the Promotion.
  7. The rights and remedies of the Promoter under these terms and conditions are without prejudice to its rights under the law. These terms and conditions shall not create any rights or benefits enforceable by any third party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  8. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision will be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause will not affect the validity of the rest of these terms and conditions.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, without the prior notice at any time, for whatever reason and without liability to any entrants for doing so. Please check these terms and conditions regularly as any changes are effective immediately to any entrants.
  10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
